The Paracord Anchor is the quietest way to quickly and securely get your climbing sticks or hunting platform up the tree with you. Other systems require metal to plastic contact which introduces a potential for unnecessary noise. If you pair the Paracord Anchors with our Pocket Claws or Webbing Claws, the contact points become paracord to plastic, which makes hooking and unhooking your gear silent and easily repeated, even while working in the dark!
Installation is as simple as drilling and tapping a hole for the included 8-32 stainless steel bolt and tightening down the Paracord Anchor with a 3/32 allen wrench. That's it, done! Adjusting the size of the paracord loop is done by untying one of the knots and retying to the desired length or adding a new piece of 1/8" paracord and tying two knots for a longer loop than what comes standard.
Another great thing about the Paracord Anchors is that they are completely universal. If you buy new climbing sticks or a new platform, these can be quickly and easily transfered over to your new setup, saving you money!
